Prerequisite: Student must know how to weave the European 4-in-1 pattern.

Objective: To utilize the basic European 4-in-1 weave in creating a drawstring pouch.

Description: Student will be instructed to link aluminum jumprings into the European 4-in-1 sheet and circle. With emphasis on the Euro 4-in-1 pattern, the student will learn techniques in expansions and reductions. Colored jumprings are used in the patterns to aid in specific areas of the pouch.

Materials: Anodized aluminum jumprings and a leather lace.

What students should bring to class:  Pen/pencil and paper for notes if needed and a

camera. 

Duration: 5 hours
